Daniel Heider was named one of the "40 under 40" by the Washington Business Journal in 2022. He is also the youngest executive vice president in the history of TTR Sotheby's and is doing great work in DC, Maryland, and Virginia. His team has the best sales record in the whole company for 2020–2022. Forbes Real Estate Council and Washingtonian Magazine both named Daniel one of their 100 Best Agents. In 2021 and 2022, the Wall Street Journal and Real Trends put Daniel's team as the #1 Small Team by Sales Volume in the Capital Region.
