Huazhi, who speaks Mandarin, is available to assist relocating families who are trying to find housing in the United States. As part of a team that sold over $20M+ in 2020, $60M+ in 2021, $82M in 2022 and over $60M+ in 2023, she possesses in-depth knowledge and experience in management and sales and is adept at successfully closing deals. Additionally, she started her own property management company, Zelen Co., in February 2022 alongside her partner Jackey Lee. Huazhi takes it upon herself to go the extra mile for every client she serves, including, but not limited to, doing social media marketing and whatever else that helps her clients get the best deal possible. In her free time, she enjoys dancing and spending time with her son.
