Jan lives in Redlands and is the Broker/Owner of Hudson Realty on State Street in Redlands, working in the East Valley area to ensure local focus. Jan is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute, an official Pricing Strategy Advisor, and is a Military Relocation Professional, certified by the National Association of Realtors. She was named the East Valley Association of Realtors Realtor of the Year for 2016/17. Jan is also a California association of Realtors State Director and is 2022 Vice Chair of CREPAC. Jan supports her industry in a variety of ways. She is a Federal Political Coordinator for a Member of Congress, as well as a Key Contact for a Member of the State Assembly. Jan was the 2016/2017 President for the California of the East Valley Association of Realtors (EVAR), and is the Chair of EVAR's Local Candidate Recommendation Committee. Jan loves living in Redlands and actively supports and is involved in various community groups in her neighborhood. Jan is a former President of the Redlands Bowl Performing Arts, she is also a retired City of Redlands Planning Commissioner, the 2016/2017 President for the Rotary Club of Redlands, and has previously been honored with 2015 Town & Gown Award of Distinction.
