Uta Belletete moved from one place to another for years as a military spouse. She has used her experience for more than twenty years in Fayetteville with Remax to develop a tried-and-true system for getting her clients the results they deserve and easing their transition to their new homes. The Chairman's Club, Platinum Club, and RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Awards were given to Uta in recognition of her hard work and accomplishments. Soni Rider

For more than 40 years, Soni Rider has called Fayetteville home. She has been a full-time agent for more than 20 years and is the proud owner of Re/Max Choice. She has two children and is a retired military spouse. She is dedicated to giving her customers, employees, and agents the best possible service. In what can be a stressful situation, Soni is committed to helping her clients stay focused and on task. She is extremely knowledgeable about Fayetteville and the areas around it. Her knowledge not only extends to the value of homes but also the sense of the community in which the homes are located.

Scott Hardin

As a realtor for RE/MAX Choice, Scott Hardin has more than 25 years of experience. He was named Realtor of the Year by the Fayetteville Area Association of Realtors in 2012. Realtors are granted licenses if the membership believes they provide excellent client service, support other Realtors in the Association, and engage in community service endeavors. He has held a continuing education teacher registration with the North Carolina Real Estate Commission since 2009. He has held positions as a broker/sales agent, recruiter/trainer, and even broker in charge throughout his real estate career. He believes that selling and listing houses is where he can be most effective.
