A graduate of Yale University with a B.A. in Architecture and 29 years of experience at Coldwell Banker Realty Honolulu, Doug is a Vice President and consistent top producer. As Projects Director for the company, Doug has represented many of the major developers on the island, launching brand new condominium complexes in Ala Moana, Kakaako, Makiki, and Waikiki. He was the Sales Manager for the Waiea and Anaha ultra-luxury towers at Ward Village, the Howard Hughes development. Doug and his team of only five agents sold over $800 million in one year, including individual units priced at over $14 million. Doug is an expert in the condominium market and also works regularly in single-family, vacant land, and selected commercial sales on Oahu. In 2022, Doug and a colleague achieved the record high sale for the year in the MLS for a multi-family building, at $11,250,000.
