Rico Rivera has been helping families find homes since 2001. His passion for real estate started when he was in high school. After years of living in a small two-bedroom apartment with thirteen family members, Rico’s parents bought a home in Sacramento. To him, it felt like a palace! That experience changed his life. He saw how much a home could mean to a family and wanted to help others feel the same way. Rico spent 15 years working in home protection, helping over 300 families each month. Now, he specializes in helping people move from the Bay Area to the Greater Sacramento Valley. He knows that the right home can change a family’s future, and he works hard to make every move a success. Rico is a leader in the real estate world. He is the President of The National Hispanic Organization of Real Estate Associates (NHORA) and has served in many other leadership roles. He even speaks nationwide about social media marketing! When he’s not working, Rico loves DJing and fixing up his cherry red 1957 Buick Century. He lives in Elk Grove with his wife, Tanya, and their two daughters, Kiani and Leylanie.
